A new purpose built brewery and tourist experience located in the centre of Kenmare town; book a guided tour on-line, a must, for anyone visiting Co. Kerry. An enthralling experience for fans of both Tom Crean and local craft beers, the only place in the world where Tom Crean’s granddaughter brews your pint! With a covered outdoor space to sit, relax and enjoy one of our 9 beers, free from chemicals and additives. We produce our own electricity with solar panels, use the spent grain to make dog biscuits for our customers 4 legged friends and feed it to our sheep which in the full circle is served in the restaurant. Reserve a table in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Wedding Ceremonies

The Tom Crean Brewery is also licensed for Weddings and Civil Ceremonies. A unique and purpose built brewery in the perfect location at the top of the town, with an old walled covered awning. Surrounded in the brewery by new sparkling stainless steel vessels and historic family photos of Aileen’s granddad Tom Crean, their 2016 Centenary Expedition to South Georgia, Bill’s intriguing family tree and their family trees – “A Tale of Fire & Ice”.
