The Courtyard

The Courtyard at Sheen Falls Country Club is comprised of twenty luxury townhouse-style holiday homes alongside the five star Sheen Falls Lodge Estate in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

These modern holiday homes have a total of nineteen 3 bedroom houses and one 4 bedroom house.

The 3 bedroom townhouses can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. There is a large master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom is a twin bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom. In addition there is a third bedroom with a single bed.  The main bathroom is located upstairs as are all the bedrooms with a bathroom located on the ground floor also.

Please note that each house is set as a double, twin and single as standard.

This can be changed to being two doubles, but please advise when booking. We can at times, accomodate a sixth person by turning the twin room into a triple room – but again, please note that this is by advance agreement only.

The 4 bedroom townhouse can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. (can be made into two more double rooms, but please specify this when booking). One of the bedrooms is located downstairs and has an ensuite, this is a wheelchair accessible room. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs and are all ensuite with tv in each room.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a gas hob and oven. The sitting/dining room is bright and finished with high quality furnishings.

Mountain View

Mountain View at the Sheen Falls Country Club is a majectic development of high quality detached properties set within the privacy of their own gated entrance.
