An Bruachan

An Bruachan (Irish for ‘Little Brook’) is located on the Killarney Road (N71) adjacent to a privately owned wooded area of mixed mature trees on the far side of the Finnihy river.

Guests are invited to sit outside on a Summers evening by the edge of the river while having their tea or coffee on arrival. The guest lounge has a wood burning and coal fire to keep one warm when the temperature drops. Books on local history and a selection of board games are available for those who wish to chill out after a long day of sightseeing. Survey Maps of the locality also available for guests to borrow for the day. Julia, an active walker and cyclist will be happy to help guests plan their walks or cycling routes.

A choice of breakfast comprising of local produce and home-grown herbs is offered each morning.

An Bruachan is Fáilte Ireland approved. Hair dryer, television, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities available in each room.  Free Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
